What this site collects, why, and who sees it. Written to describe what actually happens rather than to cover every hypothetical.

Who this policy covers
Balut Insurance Solutions LLC is an independent insurance broker based in Northampton, Pennsylvania. This policy applies to balutinsurancesolutions.com and to the information you send us through it.
It does not cover the practices of the insurance carriers, marketplaces or government programs we may connect you with. Each of those publishes its own policy, and once your information reaches them it is governed by theirs.
What we collect from you
The quote form is the only place on this site where we ask you for anything. It asks for what we need in order to compare coverage for you: your name, a way to reach you, and what you want covered. The form itself shows the exact fields, and what you type into it is all we receive.
We also record which page you were on when you submitted it, so we know what you had been reading when you got in touch.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no first-party tracking. We do not build a profile of your visit.
The quote form is the exception, and it is worth being plain about. It is not our form. It is built and hosted by GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management provider, and served from their domain (link.msgsndr.com). Loading a page that shows the form runs their script, and their form can set their own cookies in your browser. What you enter goes to them and reaches us through our account with them.
That means their privacy practices apply to the form alongside this policy. If you would rather not use it, call or email us instead. Every phone number and address on this site reaches the same people.
Our web host keeps ordinary server logs as part of delivering the site, which typically include an IP address, a timestamp and the page requested. We do not use those logs for marketing.
Sensitive information
Insurance conversations sometimes involve health details. If you tell us about a diagnosis, a prescription or a doctor, we treat that as confidential and use it only to compare coverage for you.
Please do not send a Social Security number, a Medicare Beneficiary Identifier, financial account numbers or medical records through this form or by ordinary email. Neither is a secure channel. Call us and we will collect anything sensitive properly.
Why we use it
To answer the request you made: to compare plans, check what financial help you may qualify for, and give you the guidance you asked for.
To keep serving you afterwards, including at renewal and during enrollment periods.
To meet the record-keeping and supervision obligations that apply to a licensed insurance producer.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary, with the people who need it to do the thing you asked for:
- GoHighLevel, the customer relationship management system that hosts our quote form and where we track requests and follow up. Anything submitted through the form reaches them first.
- Insurance carriers, and marketplaces such as Pennie and Medicare, when you ask us to quote, apply or enroll. We do not send your information to a carrier before you ask us to.
- Professional advisors and regulators, where the law or a carrier agreement requires it.
What we never do with it
We do not sell personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to target advertising to you anywhere.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are working with you, and after that for as long as our record-keeping obligations as a licensed producer require. If you ask us to delete your information and no obligation requires us to keep it, we will.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Tell us to stop contacting you and we will stop. There is no form for any of this and no charge for it.

Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Coverage for a child is arranged through a parent or guardian.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. No website or email system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes to how we handle information will be described here rather than made quietly.
